Specifically: Waiting for google to manifest itself onto my computer screen while staring absent mindedly through the window at my ignorant neighbour who complains endlessly about the noise people make while revving up his motorbike outside the garage of my elderly neighbour who has conned out of her garage.
Getting really excited now - champing at the bit to be precise! Still a tad undecided about which motorhome to buy but it’s looking like the Ford Chausson (reminds me of French cooking!). Nothing confirmed as yet though so I will keep looking until money has actually changed hands! Still pining for the caravan though - a ‘Hobby VIP Premium’ but have to accept - its going to be difficult to live ‘off the grid/wild camp’ in anything other than a motorhome.
The issue of blogging has been raised again - this time via a motorhome FB page so seriously considering it. If anyone has any help or advice re blogging or vlogging that would be great. In addition it would be helpful if people could say if they would even be interested in reading a blog and looking at periodic vlogs. Since my immediate plans are to travel around and stay in the vicinity of the steampunk festivals I attend I am also going to put some of the updates on the Captain Victory FB page and perhaps Doncaster Steampunks if I haven’t already bored the lot of them to death!
One final point - once again I find myself saying that the people who have been quick to offer support have not been long standing friends, but people from the steampunk community who have been amazing from the outset.
